One of the best things that can be said for Chapterhouse Dune Audiobook mp3 is that they both dive so, so deeply into the Bene Gesserit, who are in general one of the most fascinating groups I have ever read about. His powerful figures have probably never been more immensely and directly problematic as they are in this one. As endlessly twisted as one might expect, and at a point where you might be expected to start backing the main faction of this audiobook, Herbert throws in a scene of unforgettably inhuman tactics as part of a grand scheme that reminds us that he was out to warn us against admiring those in power. ![]() Reviewsįrank Herbert really never, ever wanted us to admire his powerful figures, and this doesn’t go away with Chapterhouse: Dune Audiobook.
